An initiative of the Government of Anguilla, Ministry of Finance in collaboration with UP Girl.
Something powerful for girls is coming to Anguilla and we want you to be part of it.
From 21–24 October 2026, See It. Be It. Lead It. will bring girls from across Anguilla together for four days of confidence-building, connection, practical learning, leadership and inspiration.
Designed for girls aged 11–18, the programme will create space for girls to discover who they are, explore what is possible for their future and develop the confidence and skills to lead their own path.
We are looking for passionate, reliable and positive volunteers who want to help us create an environment where every girl feels seen, supported, encouraged and empowered to believe in what she can become.
What will volunteers be part of?
Across the four days, volunteers may support with:
Welcoming and registering participants
Supporting interactive activities and workshops
Helping with group sessions and transitions
Creating a warm, safe and inclusive environment
Supporting speakers, mentors and facilitators
Encouraging girls to participate and connect
Event logistics and behind-the-scenes coordination
Supporting the National Closing Celebration on 24 October
You don’t need to have all the answers.
You just need to bring energy, commitment, kindness and a willingness to contribute.
