Government of Anguilla - Gazette Office

The Official Gazette of the Government of Anguilla serves as the authoritative medium for the publication of legislation, statutory instruments, appointments, public notices, tenders, and other matters requiring official publication.

The Ordinary Gazette has historically been published on a monthly basis. In recent years, however, the volume and timing of notices requiring publication have increased, resulting in a growing need for publication outside the regular publication cycle. Consequently, the Gazette Office has relied with greater frequency on Extraordinary Gazettes to facilitate the timely publication of official notices.

Following a review of current operational requirements and publication practices, it has been determined that the existing monthly publication schedule no longer adequately serves the needs of Government ministries, departments, statutory bodies, and the public.

Going Forward The Gazette Office has determined that the publication frequency of the Ordinary Gazette shall be revised from monthly to fortnightly (every two weeks).

The revised publication schedule shall take effect on 1 September 2026 and shall remain the standard publication cycle for the Ordinary Gazette unless otherwise varied by the Gazette Office.

The publication of Extraordinary Gazettes will continue where circumstances require publication outside the regular publication schedule.
