Chief Minister Fleming returns to Home and Work

The Government of Anguilla wishes to inform all Anguillians and interested persons that the Honourable Chief Minister, Osbourne B. Fleming and his donor are scheduled to arrive at the Wallblake Airport in Anguilla on Monday, October 9th, 2006.

Mr. Fleming expressed thanks first of all to God Almighty who is the giver of life. He remarked that words cannot convey his appreciation for the donor and the priceless sacrifice made on his behalf. He also expressed his continued gratitude to his ministerial colleagues and his entire cabinet for their invaluable support in carrying-on the awesome task of managing the affairs of the nation in his absence.

Chief Minister Fleming also expressed thanks and appreciation to all residents on Anguilla and people abroad for their much needed and effectual prayers. Mr. Fleming said that his faith in God coupled with the prayers, concerns and extended well wishes of the people, were and still are his greatest source of strength.

Mr. Fleming noted that although the surgeries and several weeks of recovery were pronounced successful that prayers be offered continually on their behalf.
