Electronic Publication of the Official Gazette
Tuesday, February 2, 2010

The Deputy Governor’s Office is pleased to announce that in an effort to make the Official Gazette more accessible it is now being made available electronically. The Official Gazette is an official publication of the Government of Anguilla and its contents include Government, Statutory, Liquidation and other notices. Bills and Acts also regularly form part of the Official Gazette.

The annual electronic subscription for the Official Gazette is EC$350.00 or US$130.00. At the moment payments cannot be made online. Persons who wish to purchase a Gazette subscription may do so by paying cash directly to the Department of Inland Revenue and presenting the receipt evidencing payment to the Clerk to the House of assembly. Overseas subscribers may pay by international cheque or money order in Eastern Caribbean or United States Currency. These instruments should be made payable to the Government of Anguilla and sent directly to the Clerk of the House of Assembly.

Upon receipt of payment the webmaster will provide the subscriber with a temporary password which will allow access to the website. The subscriber must change this password upon his first visit to the site.

Annual print subscriptions remain available at a cost of EC$400.00 (US$150.00) for local subscribers and EC$500.00(US$190.00) for overseas subscribers.
