 i.         The Principal Planning Officer shall be notified at least 48 hours prior to the date and time on which it is proposed to commence any clearing of land and building or engineering operations to which this permission relates. Where 48 hours would fall on a Saturday or public holiday the notification should be given on the proceeding day. All proposed works shall be properly set out for inspection by the Principal Planning Officer or his representatives.

ii.          The clearing of vegetation shall only take place in areas indicated by the Principal Planning Officer.

iii.         All necessary measures shall be taken to prevent the run off of, mud and other debris into the sea.

iv.         All wastewater must be treated and contained on site.

Approved with the following conditions:

i.            The generator house must be soundproofed to minimise the external noise level generated from the engine during operation. The engine must be operated during power outages (not disconnections) from the main public supply.

ii.          The generator must only be operated following completion of the generator house.

iii.         The air emissions from the generator shall meet the approval of the Environmental Health Unit within the Department of Primary Health Care.
