i.      A double vaulted holding tank must be used as the means of sewage disposal and the effluent pumped and disposed off site.

ii.    All precautionary measures must be taken to ensure that the holding tank does not  overflow or cause any odour nuisance.  In the event that it does, all operation of the restaurant must cease immediately until the problem has been rectified and operating to the satisfaction of the Environmental Health Unit within  the Department of Public Health.
