c.             Details of the radio frequency/”plane wave power density” expressed in mW/cm-sq (milliwatts per square centimeters) for the proposed antenna.  If operating antenna at different MHz an indication of the relative mW/cm-sq for them is required.

d.            Indication of whether under Cable and Wireless’s medium/long term development plans for a network for Anguilla, the type and number of antennas at this mast will change.  For example, will there be an increase in number or change from low to high gain or change in mW/cm-sq etc?

e.             Details of the monitoring programme for measuring radio frequency radiation

(i.e. frequency of monitoring and monitoring standards being met etc.) that will be used at this base station.

f.            Details of Cable and Wireless’s policies on mast sharing (ie. enabling a single site to be used by multiple operators).

g.             Consultation with government agencies.
