ii.                   The location of this proposed development in the existing residential area will interfere with the privacy of existing and future neighbouring residents.

iii.                  The proposed development would not provide suitable and sufficient accommodation within the curtilage of the site for the parking of vehicles in connection with the proposed use of the site.  Such development would thus result in the parking of vehicles on the road, thereby increasing the hazards along this section of the road.

ii.                   Service shall be rendered to marine craft only.  Service to land based vehicles will require separate planning permission.

iv.                 Surface and grey water shall be collected in catchments and not allowed to run off directly into the sea.
