iii.      full details of type(s) and specifications of the equipment, machinery and plant to be used in the back of house facility, that is the details and specifications of the Reverse Osmosis Plant, sewage disposal system, storage tanks, engines and generators, fan fields for air condition units and any other equipment/machinery to be housed in the back of house facility;

iv.     raw material inputs; including type of fuel, chemical composition and toxicity, source, energy supply, type and quantity of material(s), method of storage, mode of transport to the site;

v.       process outputs (type, quantity, chemical composition and toxicity, method of storage, mode of transport from site);

vi.                             emissions (type, source, content/characteristics, rate of emissions, toxicity etc. as it relates to:

a)      particulates

b)      gases

c)      vapours

d)      noise

e)      other (specify);

vii.    effluent/waste (solid, liquid).  Please specify the type, volume/weight, treatment and disposal methods.

In addition, please state if any and how would adverse effects to adjacent lands and the existing hotel which is down wind of the proposed development would be mitigated against:

a)            visual intrusion;

b)            noise pollution; and

c)            odour impacts

All proposed works shall be properly set out for inspection by the Principal Planning Officer or his representative.
