iii.                  The building of the spa in the position proposed and constructed is only 1.5 ft from a right of way instead of the minimum setback distance of 16 feet as required by the Land Development Control Committee.

iv.                 The building of the guard house in the position proposed and constructed is in the right of way and is unacceptable on road safety grounds.

v.                   The siting of the guard house in the right of way makes no provision for satisfactory access to other parcels of land within the area.

d.      Indication of whether under Weblinks medium/long term development plans for a network for Anguilla, the type and number of antennas at this mast will change.  For example, will there be an increase in number or change from low to high gain or change in mW/cm-sq etc?

e.      Details of the monitoring programme for measuring radio frequency radiation (i.e. frequency of monitoring and monitoring standards being met etc.) that will be used at this base station.

f.        Details of the (towers) capability of being able to be shared with other operators and public utilities.

g.      Consultation with government agencies.

h.      The setback distances of the tower from the boundary lines to be presented at a larger scale.

i.        Height of the towers to be stated.
