• resiting the tennis court and guest villas that are proposed on the south side of the pond;
• removing the landfill proposed on the southern side of the pond;
• relocating the proposed bridge road to its original position;
• extending the landfill into the pond no more than 50 ft. from the edge of parcel 47; and
• the sewage disposal system being shown on the site plan.
