"Domestic sewage flowing directly into the sea, including wastewater from households, businesses and hotels, carries high levels of bacteria and viruses which pose health risks to users of coastal waters and consumers of seafood."Polluted runoff and contaminated sediment generated from land clearing, cultivation of crops and rearing of animals finds its way to the streams, rivers, estuaries and sea, carrying topsoil, poisons, pesticides and other materials which degrade coral reefs, endanger biodiversity and pollute fisheries.PesticidesCO2 EmissionsEIAWasteDevelopmentHOMEPOLLUTIONAWARENESS CORNERBIODIVERSITYADMINSTRATIVESCHOOLS & KIDSDATABASE
