What are the Duty Free Allowances?

1. Visitors to Anguilla who are staying for less than 6 months may bring in their personal effects and baggage compatible with the length of stay. Household effects to the value of EC$5,000 per adult and EC$2,500 per child. Those who are staying for more than 6 months may bring in personal and under the age of 18.
PLUS:
1 Imperial Quart of spirits(1.14 Liters) AND
4 oz. Perfume (114cc) AND
200 Cigarettes OR 1/2lb (250gms) tobacco products

2. Residents of Anguilla who are returning after being away from Anguilla for not more than 72 hours may bring in their USED personal effects and baggage.
PLUS:
1 Imperial Quart of spirits(1.14 Liters) AND
4 oz. Perfume (114cc) AND
200 Cigarettes OR 1/2lb (250gms) tobacco products
Foodstuff and used clothing to the value of EC$50.

Residents of Anguilla who have been away from Anguilla for more than 72 hours may also bring in purchases and gifts to the value of EC$50 per adult and EC$25 per child under the age of 18.

THE IMPORTATION OF ITEMS SUCH AS DRUGS, FIREARMS AND OBSCENE MATERIAL IS PROHIBITED AND PENALTIES ARE SEVERE.
